From JJ Dillon's press release

For those of you who plan to purchase a copy of
"Wrestlers Are Like Seagulls," I will do my best to
get a copy to you by Christmas, as long as I have your
order by December 20th. I address the envelopes and
ship the books personally by Priority Mail, which is
normally a two-day delivery, although during Christmas
week, it might take a day or two longer.

I have a special offer from those of you who order
directly from Crowbar Press. I will autograph your
copy with my own special message at no extra charge
and include a free, autographed, color photo with each
order.

Please note: If you would like me to personalize your
book, please specify to whom you would like it signed.
If no specification is made, I will simply autograph
the book with my unique message.

Remember, the only place you can get your book
personalized is through Crowbar Press.

If you haven't checked out jjdillon.com lately, please
do so when you have the time. Scott Teal has added
two free wallpaper backgrounds for your computer
desktop, as well as photos of the fans I met at
FanFest, WrestleReunion, and other events.

If you've already bought your copy of "Wrestlers Are
Like Seagulls," I want to thank you for your support.
I also appreciate the e-mails many of you have sent to
me, along with your reviews and comments about the
book. We've received high marks from many people in
the industry, including Terry Funk, Bruno Sammartino,
Tully Blanchard, Dan Lovranski (The LAW), Percy
Pringle (aka Paul Bearer), Jim Cornette, J Michael
Kenyon, Dave Meltzer, and Mick Foley.

For those of you who attend the live events, at the
end of this e-mail, I've listed two appearances that
I'll be making in January.

I also want to thank Jack, OneInchBiceps, and
BarbedWire for the great questions they prepared for
me when I made my second appearance on the In Your
Head Wrestling Radio Show. You can download the show,
or listen to it online, at:

It's a humbling feeling to know that I'm remembered by
so many people. You have all been so kind to me. As
Scott Teal put it on one of the banners on my website,
you are "My Friends ... who used to hate me."

Merry Christmas to each of you and many blessings in
the New Year!

James J. Dillon

===========================

"There are a lot of good wrestling books out there.
This is top of the line. The portrayal of Vince
McMahon is better than in any book I've read. I
highly recommend this book."
? Dave Meltzer, Wrestling Observer Live

"I've known J.J. Dillon for a number of years, however
it was usually an office/talent relationship. Once I
started reading his book, I couldn't put it down until
I finished. I have a new respect for J.J., knowing
that we started in the business the same way, as kids
with a dream."
? Percy Pringle III, a.k.a. Paul Bearer
PercyPringle.com

"I've never read anything that even came close to
describing how the business worked in those wonderful
days of what are now, alas, yore ? which is the added
delight of the tome that J.J., Scott, and Philip have
constructed."
? J Michael Kenyon

"Along with The Dynamite Kid's "Pure Dynamite," Lou
Thesz's autobiography, and yes, Mick Foley's "Have a
Nice Day," J.J. Dillon's "Wrestlers Are Like Seagulls:
From McMahon to McMahon" stands proud at the top of
the pile."
? Dan Lovranski, Live Audio Wrestling

"Seagulls is highly informative about how the
wrestling business works, tells of many humorous
hijinks that occurred on the road, and delves into the
darker side of the business. It is perhaps the best
written book on the business that I have read."
